摘要
首先论述高校重大突发事件档案智能管理的内涵和价值,接着剖析了高校档案馆在重大突发事件档案智能管理上存在收集效率低、管理缺位、信息化建设限制多、平台集成弱、实体管理滞后等难点问题,最后从分级分类管理机制、智能平台构建方案及实体馆藏自动化三个方面构建高校重大突发事件档案智能管理策略,提升高校重大突发事件档案现代化管理能力和利用效率。
The connotation and value of intelligent management of major emergency archives in universities is discussed at first in this paper,and then the difficult problems of the university archives in the intelligent management of major emergencies are analyzed,such as low collection efficiency,lack of management,many restrictions on informatization construction,weak platform integration and lagging physical management.Finally,the intelligent management strategy of university major emergencies archives is constructed from three aspects:hierarchical classification management mechanism,intelligent platform construction scheme and physical collection automation to improve the modern management ability and utilization efficiency of university major emergencies archives.
