iRoot BP Plus牙髓切断术和牙髓摘除术在乳磨牙深龋露髓治疗中的效果评估 被引量:8

摘要 目的:比较采用iRoot BP Plus进行牙髓切断术和牙髓摘除术治疗乳磨牙深龋露髓的效果。方法:选择华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院口腔科就诊的32名患儿的43颗深龋且去龋露髓的乳磨牙,若去除冠髓,牙髓断面出血能在5 min内止住则行iRoot BP Plus牙髓切断术;若无法止血则行牙髓摘除术,随访6个月评估两组治疗有效率并进行比较。结果:iRoot BP Plus牙髓切断术和牙髓摘除术治疗深龋露髓乳磨牙,6个月后有效率分别为95.24%、77.27%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus进行牙髓切断术是治疗乳磨牙深龋露髓的一种有效治疗手段,可广泛应用于临床。 Objective:To evaluate the outcome of iRoot BP Plus pulpotomy and pulpectomy in deep carious primary molars with pulp exposure.Methods:Thirty-two children with 43 deep carious primary molars whose pulp expose when carious tissues were completely removed were included in the clinical study in the department of pediatric dentistry in Tongji Hospital.After removing coronal pulp tissues,iRoot BP Plus pulpotomy was performed if the hemostasis time was less than 5 minutes,otherwise pulpectomy was performed.Success rates after 6 months were evaluated and analyzed.Results:The six-month success rate of iRoot BP Plus pulpotomy and pulpectomy in deep carious primary teeth with pulp exposure were 95.24% and 77.27%,respectively,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:iRoot BP Plus pulpotomy is a good therapeutic method for deep carious primary molars with pulp exposure.
