摘要
综述了代餐粉在原料种类、产品功效、加工工艺3个方面的研究进展,并对其未来发展提出展望,以期为代餐粉的技术创新提供参考。
The research progress of meal replacement powder in raw material type,product efficacy and processing technology were reviewed,and the prospect of its future development was put forward,in order to provide reference for the technical innovation of meal replacement powder.
