摘要
以花椒叶为材料,花椒叶多糖得率作为考察指标,优化双水相体系提取花椒叶多糖的工艺参数,并分析其对亚硝酸盐的清除活性。结果表明:最佳工艺参数为多糖提取液体积6.1 mL、K_(2)HPO_(4)用量2.2 g、PEG6000用量2.7 g,在此条件下花椒叶多糖的得率为10.092 mg/g,与预测值相差较小;亚硝酸盐清除活性试验表明,花椒叶多糖对亚硝酸盐有一定的清除作用,且存在量效关系。
Using pepper leaves as the material and the yield of pepper leaves polysaccharides as the evaluation index,the process parameters for extracting pepper leaves polysaccharides by a two-phase aqueous system were optimized,and its nitrite scavenging activity was analyzed.The results showed that the optimal process parameters were 6.1 mL of polysaccharides extraction solution volume,2.2 g of K_(2)HPO_(4) dosage,and 2.7 g of PEG6000 dosage.Under these conditions,the yield of polysaccharides from pepper leaves was 10.092 mg/g,which had a small difference from the predicted value.The nitrite scavenging activity test showed that the polysaccharides from pepper leaves had a certain scavenging effect on nitrite,and there was a dose-effect relationship.
