摘要
20世纪20年代末,中华职业教育社事业重心由职业教育逐渐转向农村改进,教育成为其农村改进事业发展的重要途径。职教社先行者们在江苏昆山徐公桥设立改进实验区,从普及义务教育、推广民众教育和加强青年训练三方面对试验区教育进行了改造,既提高了农民的素质素养,也促进了当地的区域发展。职教社农村教育思想及实践为当前乡村教育的发展提供了启示:农村教育应因人施教,各种教育齐头并进;农村教育既要提高农民致富能力,也要丰富农民精神生活;农村教育应立足农村发展实际,切实维护农民群众利益;农村教育应重视青年人才作用,培养更多乡村自治人才。
In the late 1920s,the focus of China Vocational Education Society gradually shifted from vocational education to rural improvement,and education became an important way to improve its cause.The pioneers of vocational education society established an improvement experimental zone in Xugongqiao,Kunshan,Jiangsu.They transformed the education in the experimental zone from three aspects:popularizing compulsory education,promoting public education,and strengthening youth training,which not only improved the quality and literacy of farmers,but also promoted local regional development.The rural education ideology and practice of vocational education cooperatives provide inspiration for the current development of rural education:Rural education should be taught according to people,and various types of education should go hand in hand;Rural education should not only improve farmers'ability to become wealthy,but also enrich their spiritual life;Rural education should be based on the actual development of rural areas and effectively safeguard the interests of farmers and the masses;Rural education should attach importance to the role of young talents and cultivate more rural autonomous talents.
