摘要
针对采煤机电控箱内变频器安装板的水道散热问题,分析了变频器内部的功耗电器件,运用仿真技术建立了变频器安装板及变频器简化散热模型。利用仿真工具对比仿真了2种不同水道结构的散热性能,验证了双层水道结构的散热效果更佳。通过对仿真数据的分析,为后续采煤机内水道设计提供了技术基础及参考依据。
In response to the water channel heat dissipation problem of the frequency converter installation plate in the coal mining machinery control box,the internal power consumption electrical components of the frequency converter were analyzed.Simulation technology was used to establish the frequency converter installation plate and the simplified heat dissipation model of the frequency converter.The heat dissipation performance of two different water channel structures was compared and simulated using simulation tools,verifying that the double layer water channel structure has better heat dissipation effect.The analysis of simulation data provides a technical foundation and reference basis for the subsequent design of the inner waterway of the coal mining machine.
