大型分钢台架升降横移小车系统设计

Design of Lifting and Traversing Over the Trolley System in Large Steel-splitting Bench

摘要 目前重轨、型钢等大型条材生产线分钢台架使用摆动升降链式移钢机,由于链式移钢机在横移钢轨过程中链条链轮同步性差且与钢轨底部接触点受力不均,会导致钢轨底部有无规律性的划痕,大大降低了钢材质量。为解决这一难题,设计一种升降横移小车系统用来替代移钢机,该系统由小车本体、检查系统、控制系统、物流跟踪系统组成,该系统应用后减少了钢轨底部横向冷划伤,实现了条材生产线的物流跟踪,提高了台架运行自动化程度,从而使精整区域具备高效、稳定、可靠的全自动生产能力。 At present,the steel bench of large-scale strip production lines and heavy rail and section steel uses a swing lifting chain type steel transfer machine.The chain transfer machine has poor synchronization of the chain sprocket during the lateral movement of the rail and the uneven force on the contact point at the bottom of the rail.This results in irregular scratches at the bottom of the rail,which greatly reduces the quality of the steel.To solve this problem,a lifting and traverse trolley system was designed to replace the steel transfer machine.The system is composed of the trolley body,the inspection system,the control system,and the logistics tracking system.After the application of the system,the lateral cold scratch at the bottom of the rail is reduced,the logistics tracking of the strip production line is realized,and the degree of automation of the bench operation is improved,so that the finishing area has an efficient,stable and reliable automatic production capacity.
