摘要
目的观察足三里穴位水针疗法联合中药枳术丸脐部贴敷治疗系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)疗效。方法54例患者分成三组:水针组加用足三里穴位水针治疗;贴敷组加用枳术丸脐部神阙穴贴敷;联合组两者结合治疗。三组患者在各时间段观察指标。结果治疗后三组患者指标都有好转,其中联合组疗效最好,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论水针疗法联合脐部贴敷可治疗脾肾阳虚证SLE患者腹胀,增加患者的依从性和治疗疾病的积极性。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zusanli acupoint water acupuncture combined with umbilical cord application of Zhishu pill on systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods 54 patients were divided into 3 groups.The water acupuncture group was treated the Zusanli acupoint water acupuncture treatment;In the application group,Zhishu pill was applied at umbilical Shenque point.The combination group was treated with both.Three groups of patients were observed in each time period.Results After the treatment,the indexes of the three groups were improved,and the combined group had the best effect,with statistical significance(P<0.01).Conclusion Water acupuncture combined with umbilical cord application can effectively treat SLE abdominal distension in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,and increase patients'compliance and enthusiasm in treating the disease.
