摘要
通过对电解铝液铸轧法制备铝箔坯料的成分调配、精炼净化、晶粒细化、新型均匀化退火等技术,对双零铝箔坯料一次退火技术进行研究。对2.0 mm、1.75 mm、1.5 mm厚度退火坯料晶粒度和力学性能对比分析,确定“一次退火”最佳厚度为1.75 mm,同时抗拉强度达到160 MPa,延伸率达到4.3%,加工性能良好。
Single annealing technical research of double zero foil blank was carried out through the following measures,which are composition blending,refining and purification,grain refinement,new homogenization annealing and the other technologies for aluminum foil blank preparation by electrolytic aluminum liquid casting and rolling method.Comparison and analysis on grain size and mechanical properties of annealing blank with thickness of 2.0 mm,1.75 mm,1.5 mm was carried out to confirm the optimal thickness of"single annealing",which is 1.75 mm,at the same time,the tensile strength reach to 160 MPa,the elongation rate reach to 4.3%,it has good performance.
