摘要
目的:研究栀子对不同性别大鼠食欲及体质量的影响,分析栀子发挥减肥作用的有效剂量。方法:将60只SD大鼠(雌雄各半,雌雄分开喂养)随机分为对照组(等体积生理盐水)、栀子低剂量组(0.75 g/kg)、栀子等效剂量组(0.95 g/kg)、栀子中剂量组(1.50 g/kg)和栀子高剂量组(3.00 g/kg),灌胃给药4周。每周测定给药后5 h、10 h内各组大鼠饮食量,计算各组饮食抑制率和体质量增长率。结果:与同组雄性大鼠比较,除栀子高剂量组第2周外,第1周、第3周、第4周灌胃5 h后,各剂量组雌性大鼠的饮食抑制率均升高(P<0.05);除栀子高剂量组第4周外,第1周、第2周、第3周灌胃10 h后,各剂量组雌性大鼠的饮食抑制率均升高(P<0.05),且栀子等效剂量组升高最明显(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,第1至10天栀子中剂量组、栀子高剂量组雌性大鼠体质量增长率显著降低(P<0.01)。总体来看,与对照组比较,栀子等效剂量组雌性大鼠体质量增长率降低(P<0.05),栀子中剂量组、栀子高剂量组体质量增长率显著降低(P<0.01)。与对照组比较,第1至10天、第11至20天、第21至28天栀子高剂量组雄性大鼠体质量增长率均降低(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:栀子对雌性大鼠的食欲抑制和减肥作用明显优于雄性大鼠,且栀子等效剂量即可对雌性大鼠发挥减肥作用。
Objective:To study the effects of Zhizi(Gardeniae Fructus)on appetite and body mass in rats of different genders,and to analyze the effective dose of Zhizi for weight loss.Methods:Total 60 SD rats(half male and half female,fed separately)were randomly divided into control group(equal volume normal saline),low dose group of Zhizi(0.75 g/kg),equivalent dose group of Zhizi(0.95 g/kg),medium dose group of Zhizi(1.50 g/kg)and high dose group of Zhizi(3.00 g/kg),administration time by gavage for 4 weeks.The diet of each group was measured weekly within 5 h and 10 h after administration,and the diet inhibition rate and body mass growth rate of each group were calculated.Results:Compared with male rats in the same group,the food inhibition rate of female rats in all dose groups increased after 5 hours of intragastric administration in the first,third,and fourth weeks,except for the second week of the high-dose group of Zhizi(P<0.05).Except for the fourth week of the high-dose group of Zhizi,after 10-hour intragastric administration in the first,second,and third weeks,the dietary inhibition rate of female rats increased in all dose groups(P<0.05),and the increase was most significant in the equivalent dose group of Zhizi(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the body mass growth rate of female rats in the middle and high doses of Zhizi on day 1—10 was significantly reduced(P<0.01).In general,compared with the control group,the body mass growth rate of female rats in the equivalent dose group of Zhizi decreased(P<0.05),and the body mass growth rate of female rats in the medium and high dose groups of Zhizi decreased significantly(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the body mass growth rate of male rats in the high-dose group of Zhizi on days 1—10,11—20,and 21—28 decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions:The effect of Zhizi on appetite inhibition and weight loss in female rats was significantly better than that in male rats,and the equivalent dose of Zhizi can exert weight loss effect on female rats.
