摘要
火电厂汽轮机所使用的数字电液控制系统,在一定程度上决定了机组的整体运行质量与效率,因此对其展开设计与优化工作极为关键。该文分析了数字式电液控制系统结构组成与功能组成,简要描述了数字式电液调节系统在实际使用过程中所存在的不足之处,重点阐述了火电厂汽轮机数字电液控制系统的设计与优化要点,希望能够为同行业工作者提供一些帮助。
The digital electro-hydraulic control system used by steam turbines in thermal power plants determines the overall operation quality and efficiency of the unit to a certain extent,so it is critical to design and optimize it.This paper analyzes the structural and functional composition of the digital electro-hydraulic control system,briefly describes the shortcomings of the digital electro-hydraulic control system in the actual use process,and focuses on the key points of the design and optimization of the digital electro-hydraulic control system for steam turbines in thermal power plants,hoping to provide some help for workers in the same industry.
