摘要
目的探讨以问题为基础的学习(PBL)联合情景模拟教学模式在“一带一路”沿线国家留学生儿科学教学中的应用效果。方法于2020年9月至12月选取西安交通大学医学部2013级(89名)、2014级(96名)参加儿科学课程及考试的185名临床医学专业留学生为研究对象。2013级留学生作为对照组,2014级留学生作为试验组。对照组采取传统教学模式,试验组采取PBL联合情景模拟教学模式。比较两组的课堂教学效果、医患沟通技能及儿科学期末考试成绩。结果试验组的课堂气氛、参与程度、师生交流评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的沟通启动、信息收集、理解患者评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的儿科学期末考试成绩和及格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合情景模拟教学模式有利于优化课堂学习氛围,强化学生沟通能力,持续提高留学生儿科学教学效果,有利于更好地服务于“一带一路”倡议。
Objective To explore the application effect of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with scenario simulation teaching mode in pediatrics teaching of international students in countries along"The Belt and Road".Methods From September to December 2020,185 international medical students of grade 2013(89 students)and grade 2014(96 students)in the Xi'an Jiaotong University Health Science Center who participated in pediatrics courses and examinations were selected as the research objects.The international students of grade 2013 were used as the control group,and the international students of grade 2014 were used as the experimental group.The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,and the experimental group adopted the PBL combined scenario simulation teaching mode.The classroom teaching effect,doctor-patient communication skills and final examination results of pediatrics were compared between the two groups.Results The classroom atmosphere,participation,teacher-student communication scores and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The communication initiation,information collection,understanding scores and total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The final examination results and yield rate of pediatrics in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching mode is conducive to optimizing classroom learning atmosphere,strengthening communication ability of students,continuously improving the teaching effect of pediatrics of international students,and better serving"The Belt and Road"initiative.
