儿童重症监护病房内早期运动康复研究进展

摘要 目前,随着儿童重症医学诊疗技术的不断提高,儿童重症监护病房(pediatric intensive care unit,PICU)内危重症儿童死亡率明显下降[1],而PICU内特殊环境、机械通气、镇静、镇痛药物、制动、原发病等因素会导致患儿出现很多重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)获得性功能障碍,如ICU获得性衰弱(ICU-acquired weakness,ICU-AW)、ICU后综合征(the post intensive care syndrome,PICS)、认知障碍、言语及吞咽障碍、气道廓清能力下降、关节挛缩、心理问题等[2—8]。
