摘要
随着科学技术的飞速发展,电子产品正朝着更多功能和更小尺寸的方向演进。作为最为广泛使用的电子器件之一,铝电解电容器亦顺应这一趋势,迈向更小体积和更大容量的发展。为实现这一目标,制备具有高比表面积的电极箔成为关键途径之一。本文全面梳理了多种扩大铝箔比表面积的方法,详细阐述了包括化学腐蚀法、电化学腐蚀法和粉末烧结法在内的多种扩大铝箔比表面积技术,及其影响因素与优缺点。在总结现有技术的基础上,展望了铝电解电容器阳极箔比容量提升的未来发展趋势。
With the rapid development of science and technology,electronic products are evolving towards more functions and smaller sizes.As one of the most widely used electronic devices,aluminum electrolytic capacitors also follow the trend to develop capacities with smaller sizes and larger capacitance.To achieve this goal,the preparation of electrode foil with high specific surface area becomes one of the promising approaches.In this paper,a variety of methods are comprehensively reviewed for expanding specific surface area of aluminum foil.The influencing factors,advantages and disadvantages of various techniques for expanding specific surface area of aluminum foil are also elaborated,including chemical corrosion,electrochemical corrosion and powder sintering.By surveying existing technologies,the future development trend is prospected to increase the specific capacity of anode foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitors,which aims to provide a comprehensive reference for researchers.
