摘要 在人机协同演进的技术浪潮中,如何让数字公民跃迁为生成式人工智能(AI Generated Content,AIGC)时代的数智公民,成为了研究者关注的一个重要问题。围绕此问题,文章介绍了人机博弈共生关系的演变过程,阐释了AIGC技术给人机关系带来的新挑战,由此延伸出对数智公民和数智公民素养的探讨。在此基础上,文章构建了包含表达力、探索力、道德力、解读力、应用力、适应力六种能力的数智公民6A素养培养框架。以此框架为指导,文章从学校教育、企业培训、社区教育三个维度提出了数智公民素养的提升路径。文章既为理解AIGC时代的新需求提供了重要视角,又为培养并提升数智公民素养提供了理论指导,有助于推动社会发展,满足社会对数字技能人才的需求,进而推动社会公正,促进全社会的数字包容,为AIGC时代数智公民的成长提供理论指导和实践路径。 In the technological wave of human-computer collaborative evolution,how to transform digital citizens into digital intelligent citizens in the AI generated content(AIGC)era has become an important issue that researchers pay attention to.Focusing on this question,the paper introduced the evolution process of the human-machine symbiotic relationship,explicated the new challenges brought about by AIGC technology to this relationship,and consequently extended to the discussion of digital intelligent citizens and digital intelligent citizen literacy.Based on this,the paper constructed the 6A literacy training framework of digital intelligent citizens,which included six abilities of expressiveness,explorative ability,moral power,interpretive ability,application ability,and adaptability.Guided by this framework,the paper proposed pathways to enhance digital intelligent citizen literacy from three dimensions of school education,corporate training,and community education.This paper not only provided an important perspective for understanding the new demands of the AIGC era,but also offered theoretical guidance for cultivating and enhancing digital intelligent citizen literacy,which was conducive to promoting societal development,meeting the social demand for digital skills talents,further advancing social justice,promoting the digital inclusion of the whole society,and providing theoretical guidance and practical pathways for the growth of digital intelligent citizens in the AIGC era.
