摘要
分拣存储系统是自动化生产线的重要环节。以S7-200smart PLC为控制核心,设计伺服电机驱动的三轴机械手,并提出分拣系统、机械结构及软件的设计方法,实现产品的分拣存储。提出自动寻址的方法,并设计人机界面,用户可以方便地通过人机界面及上位机控制产品的分拣存储工作。该分拣存储系统能满足功能要求并适应生产环境。
Sorting storage system is an important part of automatic production line.In this paper.S7-200 smart PLC as the control core,the design of servo motor driven three-axes manipulator,and put forward the sorting system,mechanical structure and software design methods,to achieve product sorting and storage.In this paper,the method of automatic addressing is proposed,and the man-machine interface is designed.The user can conveniently control the sorting and storage of products through the man-machine interface and the upper computer.The sorting and storage system can meet the functional requirements and adapt to the production environment.
