摘要
目的分析高血压痰湿壅盛证血脂代谢的影响因素。方法选取2021年1月至2022年1月于盐城市中医院住院的200例高血压患者作为研究对象,按照患者的中医证型分为痰湿壅盛证组与非痰湿壅盛证组,每组各100例。采用多因素logistic回归分析法分析高血压痰湿壅盛证的血脂代谢影响因素。结果高血压痰湿壅盛证组的三酰甘油、总胆固醇高于非痰湿壅盛证组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,三酰甘油(β=2.805,OR=16.527,95%CI:5.902~46.284)、总胆固醇(β=1.057,OR=2.877,95%CI:1.053~7.864)是高血压痰湿壅盛证的危险因素。结论针对高血压痰湿壅盛证的危险因素,高血压患者应控制血脂水平、清淡饮食,血压控制的同时可配合调脂治疗。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of blood lipid metabolism in the syndrome of excessive phlegm-dampness in hypertension.Methods A total of 200 patients with hypertension who were hospitalized in Yancheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types of the patients,they were divided into phlegm-dampness-excessive syndrome group and non-phlegm-dampness-excessive syndrome group,with 100 cases in each group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of blood lipid metabolism in hypertensive syndrome of excessive phlegm-dampness.Results The levels of triglyceride and total cholesterol in hypertensive phlegm-dampness accumulation syndrome group were higher than those in non-phlegm-dampness accumulation syndrome group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that triacylglycerol(β=2.805,OR=16.527,95%CI:5.902-46.284),total cholesterol(β=1.057,OR=2.877,95%CI:1.053-7.864)were risk factors for excessive phlegm-moisture accumulation of hypertension.Conclusion In view of the risk factors of excessive phlegm-dampness syndrome of hypertension,patients with hypertension should control blood lipid level,light diet,blood pressure control can be combined with lipid regulation therapy.
