摘要
通过回顾列车运行监控装置(LKJ)的发展历史,阐述了中国列车运行安全控制在起步阶段的技术路线选择,LKJ在保障列车运行安全方面发挥的作用,以及LKJ发展过程中存在的列控属性认知问题;由此引发在既有普速铁路复杂运行场景下,列控车载系统可以独立设计,车载系统“故障安全”策略应有别于地面信号系统,基于“车载基础线路数据”控车方式更具优势等启示;从LKJ列控属性的归位、完善技术配套、提高安全等级、为智慧铁路建设发挥作用等方面,对LKJ的应用进行了思考和展望。
By reviewing the development history of LKJ,the technical route selection in the initial stage of China’s train operation safety control and the role of LKJ in ensuring the safety of train operation are expounded,and also some cognitive problems about train control property of LKJ are pointed out.It is enlightened that under complex running scenarios of existing conventional railway,the on-board train control system can be independently designed,and the“fault-safe”strategy of the on-board system shall be different from the ground signal system and the control mode using“on-board basic line data”has more advantages.It is thoughtful and prospected on the application of LKJ from several aspects including the naturalization of LKJ train control property,the improvement of technical supporting facilities,the improvement of safety levels,and the role of intelligent railway construction.
