燃气机与柴油机并联发电功率管理系统设计

摘要 为在电力供应稳定充足的前提下降低发电机组的发电成本和功率波动,分析孤岛用电需求特点和不同发电机组发电特点,根据电力需求及工况负荷选择燃气机与柴油机并联发电模式,设计功率管理系统,通过试验验证功率管理系统的应用效果。结果表明:功率管理系统能够根据设备的用电需求,控制燃气机和柴油机切入、切出孤岛电力系统,实现机组的自动起停、多机并联及均匀分配负载,每台发电机的功率波动小于±10 kW,既保证充足的电力供应,又可降低发电成本。 In order to reduce the cost and power fluctuations of generator units for stable and sufficient power supply,the characteristics of islanded power demand and different generator are analyzed.Based on the power demand and operating load,the parallel power generation mode of gas and diesel engines is selected,and a power management system is designed.The effectiveness of unit power generation and management system is verified by experiments.The results show that the power management system could control the gas engine and diesel engine to cut in and out of the islanded power system according to the power demand,so as to realize the automatic start and stop of the units,multi-generator parallel connection and even load distribution.The power fluctuation of each generator is less than±10 kW,which not only ensures sufficient power supply,but also reduces the cost.
