提高球墨铸铁力学性能的工艺方法

摘要 针对球墨铸铁轮毂铸件在批量生产时出现的力学性能不达标、上下波动问题进行了分析,通过从球化剂、孕育剂的选用和用量、球化处理工艺、孕育处理工艺金属及非金属材料的添加等方面进行工艺改进,铸件的金相组织和力学性能得到了改善。最后指出:(1)改进球化装置,延缓球化反应时间,使镁与铁液充分接触,可获得更优良的金相组织;(2)加铜可使铸件珠光体体积分数增加并且细化石墨,提升基体强度,但珠光体增加后铁素体体积分数会减少,铸件的韧性降低,因此应结合铸件的性能要求选择铜的加入量;(3)对于球墨铸铁,添加碳化硅可以使球状石墨数量增加,使石墨更细小均匀,从而提高铸件的力学性能。 The problem that the mechanical properties were not up to standard,up and down fluctuation when batch producing nodular iron wheel hub casting was analyzed.Through process improvements including the selection of the nodularizing agent,inoculants and their addition amount,the selection of nodularizing process,inoculating process,metalic and non-metallic materials addition,the metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of the casting had been improved.Finally pointed out:(1)Improving nodularizing device to delay nodularizing reaction time to make the magnesium fully contacted with iron liquid could obtain more better metallurgical structure.(2)Adding Cu could increase volume fraction of pearlite and refine graphite and thereby increase strength of matrix.However pearlite increase would reduce the volume fraction of ferrite and decrease toughness of the casting,therefore,the adding amount of Cu should be determined according to the properties requirements of the casting.(3)For the nodular iron,adding SiC could increase nodular graphite number,made the graphite more finer and uniform and therefore increase mechanical properties of casting.
