摘要
主轴承是盾构机的核心部件之一,若主轴承润滑脂流失会导致主轴承损坏,因此在保持主轴承密封的同时,要求主轴承润滑脂应具有稳定的胶体结构,保证盾构机在复杂的工况环境下仍具有良好的润滑性和密封性。目前盾构机主轴承润滑脂以极压锂基润滑脂为主,存在着润滑脂消耗量偏大的弊端,而复合磺酸钙基润滑脂具有优异的综合性能而被广泛关注。对复合磺酸钙基润滑脂与极压锂基润滑脂的理化性能进行了分析与对比,复合磺酸钙基润滑脂的理化性能均达到或超过了极压锂基润滑脂,可以用于盾构机主轴承的润滑。应用表明,复合磺酸钙基润滑脂的密封压力保持良好,消耗量下降了10%~20%,首次完成了国内复合磺酸钙基润滑脂在盾构机主轴承上的应用。
The main bearing is one of the core components of shield machine,if the main bearing grease loss will lead to the main bearing damage,so while maintaining the main bearing seal,the main bearing grease is required to have a stable colloidal structure to ensure that the shield machine still has good lubricity and sealing performance in complex working conditions.At present,the main bearing grease of shield machine is mainly EP lithium grease,which has the disadvantage of large grease consumption,while the complex calcium sulfonate grease has excellent comprehensive performance and has been widely concerned.The physicochemical properties of complex calcium sulfonate grease and EP lithium grease were analyzed and compared,and the physicochemical properties of complex calcium sulfonate grease reached or exceeded that of EP lithium grease,which could be used for the lubrication of the main bearing of shield machine.The application shows that the sealing pressure of the complex calcium sulfonate grease is maintained well,and the consumption is reduced by 10%~20%,and the application of domestic complex calcium sulfonate grease on the main bearing of the shield machine is completed for the first time.
