摘要
目的:探讨个体化老年综合评估(CGA)护理模式在消化道早癌行内镜下黏膜下层剥离术(ESD)治疗患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年3月—2021年12月于无锡市人民医院行ESD的消化道早癌患者106例作为研究对象,根据抽签法随机分为对照组与研究组,各53例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用个体化CGA护理模式。比较两组情绪状态、护理满意度、并发症发生情况。结果:护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 1)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.014 1)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.025 7)。结论:个体化CGA护理模式在消化道早癌行ESD治疗患者中的应用效果显著,能够改善其不良情绪,提升满意度,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the application effect of individualized comprehensive geriatric assessment(CGA)nursing mode in patients with early gastrointestinal cancer undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)treatment.Methods:A total of 106 patients with early gastrointestinal cancer who received ESD in Wuxi People's Hospital from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.According to the principle of random drawing,the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine care and the study group received individualized CGA nursing mode.Emotional state,nursing satisfaction,and complication were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.0001).The total satisfaction of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0141).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0257).Conclusion:The application of individualized CGA nursing mode in the patients with early gastrointestinal cancer undergoing ESD treatment has a significant effect,which can improve their negative emotions,enhance the satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications.
