摘要 高压带电显示器作为一种电气型防误闭锁装置,在实现高压电气设备“五防”功能中发挥了重要作用。目前,高压带电显示器在现场应用时存在需手动调整阈值、故障率高、闭锁能力缺失等典型问题,易引起操作事故,存在安全隐患。文中提出了一种数字融合型高压带电显示器的系统方案,采用了光学电压感应式传感器,可有效防止在现场高压电气设备内部电磁环境对数据收发的影响,分别设计了信号处理模块、显示模块、微控制器、通信模块、外接检测接口等模块,研制的数字融合型高压带电显示器通过了国家高压电器质量监督检验中心的各项测试,具有阈值自适应调整、抗干扰能力强、故障信息自动识别等优势,目前已在多个变电站内获得成功应用,具有良好的应用前景。 As an electrical type failure-proof blocking device,high voltage live display plays an important role in realizing the“five prevention”function of high-voltage electrical equipment.At present,the high voltage live display,in case of site application,has such typical problems as manual adjustment of threshold,high fault rate and missing of blocking ability,which are likely to cause operation accidents and potential safety hazards.In this paper,the system proposal of a kind of digital fusion high-voltage live display was proposed,which adopts optical voltage inductive sensor to effectively prevent the influence of electromagnetic environment inside high-voltage electrical equipment on data receiving and transmitting at site.The signal processing module,display module,microcontroller,communication module,external detection interface and other modules were designed,respectively.The developed digital fusion high-voltage live display has passed each test in China National High Voltage Apparatus Quality Supervision and Inspection Center,and has such characteristics as adaptive adjustment of threshold,strong anti-interference and automatic identification of fault information.At present,it has been successfully applied in many substations and has important application prospects.
