摘要
网架结构具有重量轻、刚度大、抗震性能好等优点,并且利于成批生产,容易保证构件加工质量。湖北省襄阳市襄阳港小河港区综合码头散货货棚采用正放四角锥网架,节点为螺栓球节点。文章通过网架安装工程,详细介绍了大跨度螺栓球节点钢网架“山墙起步与高空散装相结合”的施工方法,从施工难点及解决措施、施工方法的选择、网架施工、施工质量控制等方面介绍了大跨度螺栓球网架工程的安装施工技术,以期为今后类似工程的施工提供参考和借鉴。
The grid structure has the advantages of light weight,high stiffness,and good seismic performance,and is conducive to be produced in mass while easily ensuring the quality of component processing.The bulk cargo shed of Xiangyang Port Xiaohegang District Comprehensive Terminal in Xiangyang City,Hubei Province adopts a square pyramid grid structure with bolt ball nodes.Combining with the installation project of the grid structure,the paper provides a detailed introduction to the construction method of the large-span bolt ball node steel grid structure,which combines the starting of the mountain wall with high-altitude bulk loading.The paper introduces the installation and construction technology of the large-span bolt ball grid structure project from the aspects of construction difficulties and solutions,the selection of construction method,the construction of grid structure,and construction quality control,in order to provide a reference for similar projects in the future.
