摘要
关于气囊式膨胀罐的选型计算方法,目前行业内并未达成共识。为此,基于气囊式膨胀罐工作原理,结合密闭式纯水冷却系统工作特性,提出了一种较为全面的选型计算方法。针对老旧水冷系统中可能存在的气囊式膨胀罐选型不当,或因空间尺寸受限不得不选用偏小规格气囊式膨胀罐的情况,提出了一种全新的使用方法,可在不更换膨胀罐的情况下,通过调整预充气压和系统静压,保证水冷系统正常稳定运行。
At present,Industry has not reach an agreement about selection calculation method of bladder-type expansion tank.Therefore,based on operating principle of bladder-type expansion tank,combined characteristics of closed-type pure water cooling system,a more comprehensive selection and calculation method is proposed.Some old water-cooled systems may have improper selection of bladder-typeexpansion tanks,or due to space size constraints,smaller size bladder-typeexpansion tanks must be selected.In view of this problem,a new use method is proposed,which can ensure the normal and stable operation of the watercooling system by adjusting the pre-filling air pressure and the static pressure of the system without replacing the expansion tank.
