摘要 针对目前传统掘进机设备监控软件开发框架跨平台性差、设备姿态展示效果欠佳、不够直观便捷的现状,提出了一种掘进机姿态智能监控系统,该系统通过展示掘进机主视图、俯视图及三维模型,全方位展示掘进机的姿态、运行状态和参数指标,同时能适应掘进机监控设备不同的系统环境,有效监控设备状态和性能。 In view of the current situation that the traditional roadheader equipment monitoring software development framework has poor cross-platform and poor equipment attitude display effect,it is not intuitive and convenient,an intelligent monitoring system for roadheader attitude was proposed.By displaying the main view,top view and three-dimensional model of the roadheader,the system can display the attitude,operation status and parameter indicators of the roadheader in an all-round way.It can adapt to the different system environments of the roadheader monitoring equipment,and effectively monitor the equipment status and performance.
