摘要
为解决原矸石山排矸运输环节复杂、单向排矸、排矸效率低、安全隐患多的问题,研制一种前伸旋转式排矸系统。在输送带走廊的末端安装一部前伸旋转式排矸系统代替原有系统,通过锥形轴承实现旋转,轴承座下部与主运输带式输送机联为一体,上部通过立柱与卸载带式输送机机头相联,采用4个驱动电机驱动行走龙门架行走轮,不仅能够控制排矸的方向,实现160°旋转卸矸,避免出现排矸分布不均匀的情况,而且可预防矸石山自然发火,大幅提升排矸效率,提高矸石山的安全性。
In order to solve the problems of the original gangue discharge in gangue hill,such as complex transport links,one way gangue discharge,low efficiency of gangue discharge,and numerous safety risks,a forward extending rotary gangue discharge system was specially developed.A forward extending rotary gangue discharge system was installed at the end of the belt corridor to replace the original system.The rotation was realized through conical bearings,and the lower part of the bearing seat was integrated with the main transport belt conveyor.The upper part was connected to the head of the unloading belt conveyor through the column,and four driving motors were used to drive the walking gantry wheel,which can control the direction of gangue discharge and realize 160°rotational unloading,avoid the situation of uneven distribution of gangue discharge,and prevent the spontaneous combustion of gangue hill,greatly improve the efficiency of gangue discharge,and improve the safety of gangue hill.
