摘要
某40CrNiMoA高强度双头螺柱在使用过程中发生断裂。采用断口分析、显微组织观察及理化试验等手段,分析了该高强度双头螺柱断裂原因。结果表明:螺柱在服役过程中受到较大冲击载荷作用而引起脆性断裂。由于热处理过程出现异常,显微组织形成了粗大的珠光体及上贝氏体组织,造成冲击性能偏低,脆性增加,在外部冲击载荷作用下螺柱迅速断裂。建议优化热处理工艺,提升产品抗冲击性能。
A 40CrNiMoA high-strength double-headed stud fracture during use.The fracture reason of the high-strength double-headed stud was analyzed by means of fracture analysis,microstructure observation and physical and chemical test.The results show that the stud is subjected to a large impact load in service,resulting in brittle fracture.Due to the abnormality in the heat treatment process,the microstructure formed coarse pearlite and upper bainite,resulting in low impact performance,increased brittleness of the product,and rapid fracture under the external impact load.It is suggested to optimize the heat treatment process and improve the impact resistance of products.
