乌鲁木齐市苔藓植物多样性和分布及与环境因子的关系 被引量:2

Diversity and distribution of bryophytes and their relationship with environmental factors in Urumqi

摘要 对乌鲁木齐市30个样地264个样点的苔藓植物进行调查,采集苔藓植物标本665份。经鉴定出苔藓植物79种(含变种)隶属于15科,29属。其中丛藓科(Pottiaceae)、真藓科(Bryaceae)和紫萼藓科(Grimmiaceae)为优势科,其种数占苔藓植物总种数的69.6%。通过对调查区同类型、不同地点苔藓植物多样性指数分析,发现乌鲁木齐市苔藓植物的分布特点为植物种类多,干扰较少的样地中苔藓植物的多样性就高。用典范对应分析法(CCA)研究30个样地中苔藓植物的盖度与主要环境因子的关系,结果发现人为干扰程度、土壤湿度等对苔藓植物的分布都有显著影响。其中地面生苔藓植物的分布受人为干扰和郁闭度影响最为显著。研究结果表明乌鲁木齐市区苔藓植物的多样性和分布受人为干扰较大。 Bryophyte communities and their relationship with urban environments in Urumqi were investigated according to 665 bryophyte specimens which were collected from 264 plots in 30 sampling sites.This paper recorded 79 bryophyte species,belonging to 29 genera and 15 families.The results showed that the species richness and diversity of bryophytes are higher in the sampling plots with high plant diversity and less interference.Canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)was used to evaluate the relationships between the various bryophyte species and environmental factors in the 30 sampling sites.As the result indicated that human disturbance and soil humidity have significant impacts on the distribution of bryophytes in Urumqi.The human disturbance and soil humidity significantly influence the distribution of ground bryophytes.This study illustrated that bryophyte diversity and distribution are impacted by human disturbance in Urumqi city.
