Research Status of Low Emission Technology for Biomass Boilers in China

摘要 生物质燃料是一种原料丰富、可再生且环境友好型的燃料,对其进行开发和利用可以有效减轻我国对化石能源的依赖和降低碳排放。由于生物质燃料直接燃烧会产生NO_(x)、SO_(2)以及颗粒物等污染物排放,随着国内生物质锅炉的大量装机和日益严格的排放标准,生物质锅炉的低排放技术成为当前研究者关注的焦点。为了帮助研究者了解我国生物质锅炉低排放技术的研究水平和进展情况,调查了国内常用的脱硝、脱硫和除尘技术,分析了其优缺点和发展前景,结果表明:现阶段,国内常用的脱硝、脱硫和除尘技术均可以满足当下的排放标准,但存在设备复杂、使用成本高的问题,指出了未来生物质锅炉的低排放技术的主要发展方向为新型高效率,低成本的低排放技术和可以多技术协同使用设备的研发。 Biomass fuels are an abundant,renewable and environmentally friendly fuel,the development and utilization of which can effectively reduce China's dependence on fossil energy and reduce carbon emissions.As the direct combustion of biomass fuels produces pollutant emissions such as NO_(x),SO_(2)and particulate matter,the low emission technology of biomass boilers has become the focus of current researchers as a large number of biomass boilers are installed in China and the emission standards are becoming increasingly stringent.In order to help researchers understand the level of research and progress of low emission technologies for biomass boilers in China,this paper investigates the commonly used denitrification,desulphurization and dust removal technologies in China,and analyses their advantages and disadvantages and development prospects.The results are:at this stage,the commonly used denitrification,desulphurization and dust removal technologies in China can meet the current emission standards,but there are problems of complex equipment and high usage costs.In the future,the main development direction of low emission technology for biomass boilers is the development of new high-efficiency,low-cost low-emission technology and equipment that can be used collaboratively with multiple technologies.
