摘要
文化自觉是学校文化建设的现实诉求,也是重塑其品质的实现条件。在多元文化的冲击下,文化自觉陷入危机,这使学校文化面临着失落的困境,表现出缺乏“自知之明”、“他构”现象泛滥、自主适应不畅的基本样态。要将学校文化从现实困境中解救出来,实现学校文化建设的品质重塑,必须重构学校文化,其关键在于促进文化自觉的回归。这要求学校在进行文化建设时坚持以社会主义核心价值观为引领,以文化自觉的生成逻辑促进文化的主动生成,加强文化建设的主体参与,优化学校文化评估反馈机制,以实现学校文化的自我觉醒、自我反省和自我创建。
Cultural consciousness is the realistic demand of school cultural construction,and it is also the realization condition for reshaping its quality.Under the impact of multiculturalism,cultural consciousness has fallen into a crisis,which makes the school culture face the dilemma of loss,showing the basic pattern of lack of“self-knowledge”,“other construction”phenomenon,and poor self-adaptation.To rescue the school culture from the real dilemma and to reshape the quality of school culture construction,the lost school culture must be reconstructed.The key is to promote the conscious return of culture.This requires the school to adhere to the socialist core values as the guide when carrying out cultural construction,promote the active generation of culture with the self-conscious generation logic of culture,strengthen the main body participation of cultural construction,optimize the feedback mechanism of school culture evaluation,and realize the self-awakening,self-reflection and self-creation of school culture.
