长江一级阶地滨江基坑工程的优化与分析

摘要 基于武汉嘉里汉正街B1地块基坑工程,指出长江一级阶地滨江基坑工程应根据场地实际、长江水位历史变化、场区历史最低承压水水位、周边已完工项目影响、施工时间节点等因素综合评估降水引起的地面沉降影响,进而选择合适止水帷幕选型;电梯井坑中坑的优化设计与支护桩与止水帷幕同轴共中心线施工的方案,进一步解决了工程降本增效的经济要求。项目的实施为武汉都市发展区长江一级阶地沉降严控区基坑工程提供了参考。 Based on the foundation pit project of the Jiali B1 plot of Hanzheng Street,Wuhan,it is summarized that the foundation excavations of the first terrace of the Yangtze River should comprehensively evaluate the impact of ground settlement caused by precipitation based on factors such as actual site conditions,historical changes in the Yangtze River water level,the historical lowest confined water level in the site area,the impact of completed projects in the surrounding area,and construction time nodes,and then select appropriate curtain for cutting off drains.The optimized design of the pit in the elevator shaft and the coaxial and collinear construction plan of the support pile and curtain for cutting off drains further solve the economic requirements of cost reduction and efficiency increase in the project.The implementation of the project provides a reference for the foundation pit engineering of the Yangtze River first terrace settlement strict control area in Wuhan Urban Development Zone.
