暗挖车站及区间邻近地铁高架区间关键技术研究

摘要 当暗挖车站邻近、区间隧道下穿既有地铁高架区间时,为保证既有地铁结构的安全,需采用针对性的施工控制措施。以北京地铁12号线大钟寺站及大钟寺站—蓟门桥站区间隧道下穿13号线高架区间为背景,阐述车站邻近和区间下穿施工综合控制措施,对复杂环境条件下导洞施工、初支扣拱、深孔注浆、超前支护等关键技术环节进行分析,明确其设计施工中的技术要点,并对施工监测数据进行分析。结果表明:针对车站和区间采取对应的施工控制措施,使得既有线位移满足控制标准;暗挖区间隧道下穿施工是施工控制关键步骤,且引起上方的既有线不同桥桩之间明显的差异沉降。 When concealed metro station and tunnel are adjacent to existing elevated section,construction control measures should be adopted to ensure the safety of the existing structure.Based on Dazhongsi station and interval tunnel from Dazhongsi station to Jimenqiao station of Beijing metro line 12 adjacent to elevated section of Beijing metro line 13,the comprehensive control measures of are introduced.The key technical aspects such as temporary invert with drift construction,primary support and arch construction,deep hole grouting and advanced support under complex environmental conditions are analyzed.The technical points of design and construction is defined and the construction monitoring data is analyzed in details.Some conclusions have been drawn.Firstly,after using control measures for metro station and tunnel,the settlement of existing elevated section is smaller than the control standard.Secondly,the construction of concealed metro tunnel is a key stage for construction control and causes obvious uneven settlement of the existing elevated section.
