大吨位提升机箕斗过放液压缓冲系统冲击性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对箕斗易发生过放事故,提出了一种新型箕斗过放液压缓冲系统。分析了缓冲系统工作原理,建立了箕斗过放防撞缓冲系统数学模型,并基于AMESIM搭建了箕斗过放防撞缓冲系统仿真模型,首先对比验证了节流阀的缓冲效果,其次研究了箕斗冲击动能和系统关键参数对过放防撞缓冲特性的影响,研究结果表明:节流阀对液压缸压力波动有较好的缓冲作用,其通径大小对箕斗位移基本无影响;箕斗冲击动能增大,箕斗位移和缓冲时间增大;箕斗过放冲击动能主要由溢流阀消耗,溢流阀开启压力增大,缓冲时间减小,箕斗最大位移减小,改变溢流阀开启压力可有效控制箕斗位移;由8个吸能防撞单元组成的大吨位箕斗过放缓冲系统冲击小,箕斗降速平缓,对实际工况的大吨位提升机箕斗防撞装置设计具有理论指导意义。 Aiming at the skip over discharge accident,a new hydraulic buffer system for skip over discharge and anti-collision is presented.The working principle of buffer system is analyzed.The mathematical model of skip over discharge and anti-collision buffer system is established.And the simualtion model of hydraulic buffer system is bulit based on AMESIM.Firstly,the buffering effect of throttle valve is compared and verified.Secondly,the influence of the impact kinetic energy of skip and the key parameters of the system on buffer characteristics are studied.The research results show that:The throttle valve can absorb the later pressure fluctuation of hydraulic cylinder,and its diameter has no effect on skip displacement,The kinetic energy of skip impact increases,the maximum displacement and buffer time of skip increase;The impact kinetic energy of skip over discharge is mainly consumed by relief valve.The relief valve opening pressure increases,the buffer time decreases and the maximum displacement of skip decreases.Changing the relief valve opening pressure can control the skip displacement effectively;The large tonnage skip buffer system is composed of eight energy absorption anti-collision units and has small impact.The skip speed reducts smoothly.The research has theoretical significance for the design on the large tonnage skip anti-collision device under actual working conditions.
