摘要
对更年期女性保健中应用性激素替代疗法的价值进行研究。选取2022年1月—2022年12月泗水县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的86例更年期女性作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为对照组和试验组,每组各43例。对照组接受常规保健治疗,试验组接受性激素替代治疗。比较两组患者雌激素水平、焦虑、抑郁情绪,生活质量、更年期综合征症状。结果显示,治疗前后试验组促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平变化幅度明显大于对照组,雌激素改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后试验组SAS评分、SDS评分变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后试验组生活质量评分变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前后试验组更年期综合征症状评分(Kupperman)变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,更年期女性保健中采取性激素替代疗法可以改善性激素水平,帮助缓解焦虑、抑郁负面情绪,提高生活质量,减轻患者更年期症状。
To study the value of sexual Hormone replacement therapy in climacteric women’s health care.86 cases of menopaus-al women admitted to the Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center of Sishui County from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the control group and the test group according to the random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine health care treatment,while the experimental group received hormone replacement therapy.Compare the levels of estrogen,anxiety,depression,quality of life,and symptoms of menopausal syndrome between two groups of patients.The results showed that the levels of Follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),Luteinizing hormone(LH)and estradiol(E2)in the test group were signifi cantly higher than those in the control group before and after treatment,and the improvement of estrogen was better than that in the control group(P<0.05);The changes in SAS and SDS scores in the experimental group before and after treatment were greater than those in the control group(P<0.05);The change in the quality of life score in the experimental group before and after treatment was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);The change in Kupperman symptom scorebefore and after treatment in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the adoption of sexual Hormone replacement therapy in the health care of menopausal women can improve the level of sexual hormones,help relieve anxiety and depression,improve the quality of life,and alleviate the symptoms of menopause.
