摘要
为探究急性酒精中毒患者接受内科急诊治疗的效果以及临床应用价值,选取2021年1月—2023年1月贵州省遵义市习水县中医医院急诊科收治的40例急性酒精中毒患者为研究对象,应用随机数表法将其平均分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例。其中,对照组患者应用常规的急诊治疗与纳洛酮药物,观察组患者应用内科急诊治疗,即在对照组治疗基础上应用醒脑静治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗有效率。结果显示,观察组患者治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,在急性酒精中毒患者的治疗中,内科急诊治疗具有较好的临床应用价值和疗效,建议在临床工作中加强对内科急诊治疗方法的推广应用,以提高急性酒精中毒患者的治疗成功率和康复水平。
Explore the effectiveness and clinical application value of emergency medical treatment for acute alcoholism patients.Forty patients with acute alcoholism admitted to the Emergency Department of Xishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zunyi City,Guizhou Province from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.Among them,the control group patients were treated with routine emergency treatment and naloxone drugs,while the observation group patients were treated with internal emergency treatment,that is,Xingnaojing treatment was applied on the basis of the control group treatment.The clinical treatment effectiveness of the two groups of patients was compared and analyzed.The results showed that the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that emergency medical treatment has good clinical application value and efficacy in the treatment of acute alcoholism.It is recommended to strengthen the promotion and application of emergency medical treatment methods in clinical work,in order to improve the treatment success rate and rehabilitation level of acute alcoholism patients.
