摘要
代谢综合征已成为一项威胁全球公共健康的十分重要的问题,近几年来,我国代谢综合征的发病率不断上升,大约有16.5%的人都患有此病,严重影响我国居民生活质量,糖尿病以及肥胖是其重要的发病危险因素和临床表现。糖尿病并发症以及严重肥胖健康问题是全球人类都必须面临的两个重要社会健康危害问题,糖尿病患者以及超重肥胖问题在当今我国更是极为严峻和普遍,我国仅现有和已检测出的并发症重症糖尿病患者就高达近2 000万人,更有超过一半的居民处于超重或肥胖的亚健康状态。因此,近些年来我国学者也加快了在代谢综合征方面的研究。近年来,我国科学家在体育运动及其对胰岛素代谢综合征、高血糖的系统预防控制与临床干预等的实验研究中都取得了十分可观的研究进展,运动对于预防和治疗代谢综合征起到了非常积极的作用。该文对近年来运动干预代谢综合征的有关文献进行了整理归纳,旨在为运动干预代谢综合征的研究提供理论支撑和科学依据。
Metabolic syndrome has become a very important problem threatening global public health.In recent years,the incidence of metabolic syndrome in China has been rising,with about 16.5%of people suffering from this disease,which seriously affects the quality of life of Chinese residents,and diabetes and obesity are its important risk factors and clinical manifestations.The health problems of diabetic complications and severe obesity are two important social health hazards that must be faced by people around the world.The problems of diabetic patients and overweight and obesity in China are extremely severe and common,the only existing and detected severe diabetes patients with complications in China have had as many as nearly 20 million,and more than half of residents are in a sub-health state of overweight or obesity,so Chinese scholars have also accelerated research on metabolic synthesis in recent years.In recent years,Chinese scientists have made quite considerable research progress in the experimental research on physical exercise and its systematic prevention and control and clinical intervention to insulin metabolic syndrome and hyperglycemia,and exercise has played a very positive role in the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome.This article collates and summarizes relevant literature of exercise intervening metabolic syndrome in recent years,aiming to provide theoretical support and scientific basis for the study of exercise intervening metabolic syndrome.
