摘要
根据前舱设计策略,设计了吸能盒、防撞梁、前纵梁、前臂梁和三电横梁结构。建立了整车有限元模型,进行了正面100%重叠刚性壁障碰撞性能仿真分析,吸能盒和前纵梁呈轴向压溃状态。结果表明,前纵梁吸收了31.2%的能量,吸能盒吸收了10.2%的能量,前臂梁吸收了6.2%的能量。乘员舱保持完整,A柱和H柱变形较小,Dash侵入量和B柱加速度满足性能要求。
According to the design strategy of the front cabin,the structure of energy-absorbing box,anti-collision beam,front rail,forearm beam and three electric beam were designed.The finite element model of the whole vehicle was established,and the collision performance of the 100%overlapping rigid barrier was simulated.The energy-absorbing box and front rail showed state of crushing in axial direction.The front rail absorbed 31.2%of the energy,the energy-absorbing box absorbed 10.2%of the energy,and the forearm beam absorbed 6.2%of the energy.The crew compartment remained intact,deformation of the A-pillar and H-pillar was small,and intrusion of dash and acceleration of B-pillar met performance targets.The design idea has a certain guiding effect on the design of front cabin structure for automobile enterprises.
