摘要
目的 对比自媒体短视频与传统幻灯片在介入科临床教学中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年9月至2021年6月在郑州大学第一附属医院介入科学习的68名学员作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为短视频组(34例)和传统教学组(34例)。短视频组接受自媒体短视频教学方法,传统教学组接受传统幻灯片教学方法,比较两组考核成绩、学习能力、教员及学员满意度。结果 短视频组临床专业技能考试、理论考试、总成绩高于传统教学组(P<0.05);教学后短视频组理论联系实践、自主学习、学习策略、沟通协作能力评分高于传统教学组(P<0.05);除学习强度外,短视频组学员其他项目满意率高于传统教学组(P<0.05);除教学强度外,短视频组教员其他项目满意率高于传统教学组(P<0.05)。结论 自媒体短视频在介入科临床教学中应用效果良好,可提升学员考核成绩,提高学员学习能力,提升学员、教员满意度。
Objective To compare the application effect of we-media short video and traditional slide in clinical teaching of interventional department.Methods Sixty-eight students studying in the Interventional Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into short video group(34 cases)and traditional teaching group(34 cases)according to random number table method.The short video group adopted the we-media short video teaching method,and the traditional teaching group adopted the traditional slide teaching method.The assessment results,learning ability,teacher and student satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The score of clinical professional skill test,theory test and total score of short video group were higher than that of traditional teaching group(P<0.05).After teaching,the scores of theory and practice,autonomous learning,learning strategy and communication and cooperation ability of short video group were higher than those of traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Excepted learning intensity,the other intems satisfaction rate of students in short video group were higher than those in traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Excepted teaching intensity,the other intems satisfaction rate of teachers in short video group were higher than those in traditional teaching group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of short we-media videos in clinical teaching of interventional department has good effects,which can improve students’assessment scores,improve students’learning ability,and enhance students’and teachers’satisfaction.
