摘要
对乳腺癌患者实施综合护理干预的临床效果以及对患者生活质量的影响展开研究。选取2022年1月—2023年1月在南通大学第二附属医院(南通市第一人民医院)就医的80例乳腺癌患者参与实验,对其基本资料进行简单分析,确认符合实验参与条件。本次实验以对照研究形式开展,将80例患者随机分配为两组,即对照组、观察组,每组各40例患者。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者的心理状态、主观幸福感、生活质量及护理满意度。研究表明,对乳腺癌患者实施综合护理干预可减轻负面情绪、提高幸福感及生活质量,应用价值极高。
To study and analyze the clinical eff ect of comprehensive nursing intervention on breast cancer patients and the impact on the quality of life of patients.Eighty patients with breast cancer who were treated in the Second Affi liated Hospital of Nantong University(Nantong First People’s Hospital)from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected to participate in the experiment.Their basic data had been simply analyzed,and it was confi rmed that they met the conditions for participation in the experiment.This experiment was conducted in the form of a control study.Eighty patients were randomly assigned to two groups,namely,the control group and the observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group patients received routine care,The observation group of patients underwent comprehensive nursing intervention,and the psychological status,subjective well-being,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Research shows that comprehensive nursing intervention for breast cancer patients can reduce negative emotions,improve well-being and quality of life,which is of great value.
