Effects of Team Resource Integration Management Model on Nursing Quality in Operating Room

摘要 目的:探讨团队资源整合管理模式对手术室护理质量的影响效果,旨在实现医疗资源利用的最大化,提升手术室护理质量。方法:回顾性分析98例手术治疗患者临床资料,将2018年1—12月郑州大学第一附属医院收治的47例患者纳入对照组,给予常规管理;将2019年1月—2020年1月收治的51例患者纳入实验组,给予团队资源整合管理。比较两组患者手术室护理质量评分、不良事件发生概率、工作投入程度[Utrecht工作投入量表(UWES)]、医护满意度情况。结果:实验组手术室护理质量、UWES评分、与医生配合默契维度评分及总分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.328、5.326、2.193,P<0.05);实验组不良事件发生概率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.823、P>0.05)。结论:采取团队资源整合管理模式可显著提升手术室护理质量与护士工作投入程度,降低不良事件发生风险,并提高医护满意度,对改进手术室服务质量有积极意义。 Objective:To explore the effect of team resource integration management model on the quality of operating room care,with the aim to maximize the use of medical resources and improve the quality of operating room care.Methods:The clinical data of 98 surgically treated patients were retrospectively analyzed,and 47 cases admitted to the hospital from January to December 2018 were included in the control group and given routine management.51 cases admitted from January 2019 to January 2020 were included in the experimental group and given team resource integration management.The quality of care scores,probability of adverse events,work engagement(Utrecht Work Engagement Scale[UWES]),and health care satisfaction in the operating room were compared between the two groups.Results:The experimental group had significantly higher quality of OR care,UWES score,tacit understanding with physicians dimension score and total score than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.328,5.326,2.193,P<0.05).The difference in the probability of adverse events in the experimental group compared with the control group was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=1.823,P>0.05).Conclusion:The adoption of a team resource integration management model can significantly improve the quality of OR care and nurse work engagement,reduce the risk of adverse events,and increase medical and nursing satisfaction,which has positive implications for improving the quality of OR services.
