摘要
文章通过明湖国际生物制药生产基地项目的设计过程,阐述了现代以生产性为主的新型工业产业园区空间形态的异化与重构,提出去工业化、趋人性化及生态化发展的未来方向。认为现代生产性产业园区作为新型工业建筑的一种类型,要打破既有冰冷的工业化大生产的模式,创造功能多样、空间层次丰富、建筑尺度宜人、绿色生态可持续发展的花园式生产园区。
Through the design process of Minghu International Biopharmaceutical Production Base Project,the paper expounds the alienation and reconstruction of the spatial form of the modern productive industrial park oriented by production,and proposes its future direction of de-industrialization,humanization and ecological development.It is believed that modern productive industrial parks,as a type of new industrial buildings,should break the existing cold industrialized large-scale production mode,and create garden-style production parks with diverse functions,rich spatial levels,humanized architecture and sustainable development of green ecology.
