摘要
“双碳”目标下装配式建筑在节能减排方面具有显著优势,探究其碳排放影响因素具有重要意义。预制构件作为装配式建筑的重要组成部分,其碳排放会对装配式建筑碳排放产生直接显著影响。为了减少装配式建筑的碳排放,以预制构件为研究对象,构建了政策、市场、技术、设计四大潜变量及其外显指标假设模型,通过问卷进行相关数据的收集,并基于多元数据分析的原理建立了SEM模型,揭示了预制构件受多重因素的影响。结果表明:政策、市场、技术、设计因素对预制构件碳排放有显著的影响且影响程度不同,其重要性排序为:市场因素>技术因素>设计因素>政策因素,该研究结果为减少预制构件碳排放提供了参考。
Under the"Dual-Carbon Goals"(realizing carbon peak before 2030 and carbon neutrality before 2060)in China,prefabricated building shows significant advantages in energy saving and emission reduction,and it is important to investigate the influencing factors of carbon emission.Prefabricated components as an important part of assembled buildings,carbon emissions of prefabricated components will have a direct and significant influence on carbon emissions of assembled buildings.In order to reduce the carbon emission of assembled buildings,this paper takes prefabricated components as the research object,constructs a hypothetical model of four latent variables of policy,market,technology and design and their exogenous indicators,collects relevant data through questionnaires,and establishes a SEM model based on the principle of multivariate data analysis to reveal that prefabricated components are influenced by multiple factors.The results show that policy,market,technology,and design factors have significant and different influence on carbon emissions of prefabricated components,and their importance is ranked as follows:market factor>technology factor>design factor>policy factor.Based on the research results,corresponding suggestions are made to provide reference for reducing carbon emissions of prefabricated components.
