摘要
路基工程在铁路建设中非常重要,其数量直接影响到铁路建设的投资,因此精确计算路基工程数量非常关键。传统二维设计计算工程数量是根据实测横断面采用平均距离断面法,未有效地根据地形变化对数量进行实时交互计算,导致数量与现场实测值有一定差别,尤其在地形起伏变化较大的丘陵地区差别更为显著。基于数字化技术及多专业协同技术形成的三维设计模型,实现了全方位、多角度查看、构件单元快速识别、构件与地形面数据化交互,从而使设计精度更高,提取的数量相对更精确。以某高速铁路工程为例,详细介绍铁路路基三维信息模型算量方法在铁路正向设计中的应用,将传统二维设计算量与断面法和基于数字化技术的三维信息提取法算量、网格划分法计算土石方数量做了详细对比并得出具体指标值。通过对比分析,总结铁路路基三维信息模型算量的优劣。与传统二维设计算量相比,基于数字化技术的三维信息提取算量方法具有更高的精度、更快的计算速度和更强的交互性,可以在铁路正向设计中发挥重要作用;提出针对不同类型构件、土石方分别采用信息提取法、网格划分法的一整套路基三维信息模型算量方法,大大提高工程算量精度,计算结果更准确。
Subgrade projects are very important in railway construction,and the quantity of subgrade projects directly affects the investment of railway construction,so it is very important to accurately calculate the quantity of subgrade projects.The traditional method of calculating the quantity of projects in two-dimensional design is to use the average distance section method according to the measured cross section.This method does not effectively calculate the quantity in real time and interactively according to the change of terrain,which will lead to a certain difference between the calculated quantity and the field measured value,especially in the hilly area with large changes in terrain.Based on the three-dimensional design model formed by digital technology and multi-professional collaboration technology,all-round,multi-angle viewing,rapid identification of component units,and digital interaction between components and terrain surface are realized,thus making the design accuracy higher and the quantity extracted relatively more accurate.Taking a high-speed railway project as an example,the application of railway subgrade 3D information model calculation method in railway forward design is introduced in detail.Comparison between traditional 2D design calculation method and 3D information extraction method is made in detail based on digital technology and grid division method to calculate the soil and rock volume and the specific index value is obtained.Through comparative analysis,the advantages and disadvantages of calculating quantity of three-dimensional information model of railway subgrade are summarized.Compared with the traditional two-dimensional design computation,the three-dimensional information extraction computation method based on digital technology has higher accuracy,faster computation speed and stronger interaction,and can play an important role in the forward design of railway.A complete set of calculation methods of 3D information model of subgrade is proposed,which adopts information extraction method and grid division method respectively for different types of components and earthwork,which greatly improves the precision of engineering quantity and makes the calculation results more accurate.
