摘要
为解决铁路工程专业间协同设计难度大、专业内构件关系复杂多样、信息模型难以跨阶段应用等诸多问题,阐述了BIM技术在轨道工程领域取得的研究成果,通过构建专业接口实现模型、线路计算模型、轨道结构参照关系模型,将轨道结构设计流程进行数字化表达,依托Bentley平台OpenRail Designer基础软件,研发了“以模型为载体、以数据来驱动”的铁路轨道正向设计系统,系统包含项目设置、数据管理、接口设计、轨道设计、轨道建模、模型应用和拓展应用等七大模块。研究结果表明:该系统实现了上下序专业间的模型级协同设计及轨道结构的参数化建模,软件使用流程契合轨道设计工作流程,轨道信息模型为设计、施工、运维等项目阶段的应用提供信息载体,大幅提高了轨道设计的质量和效率。
In order to solve many problems such as the difficulty of collaborative design among railway engineering majors,the complex and diverse relationship of professional internal components,and the difficulty of cross-stage application of information models,the research results of BIM technology in the field of track engineering are briefly described.By constructing professional interface implementation model,line calculation model and track structure reference relationship model,the track structure design process is digitized.Based on the basic software of Bentley OpenRail Designer,a forward design system of railway track is developed,which takes the model as the carrier and is driven by data.The system includes seven modules:project setting,data management,interface design,track design,track modeling,model application and extended application.The research results show that the system realizes the model-level collaborative design between the upper and lower majors and fulfills the parametric modeling of the track structure.The software use process fits the track design workflow.The track information model provides an information carrier for the application of the design,construction,operation and maintenance and other project stages,which greatly improves the quality and efficiency of the track design.
