摘要
通过采用外部时钟、双路延时可调等技术,得到了一款工作波长1550 nm、移频频率80 MHz、插入损耗5.4 dB、消光比>100 dB、脉冲抖动1.8 ns的高性能光纤声光调制器级联模块。采用该级联模块搭建了M-Z干涉光路,得到了稳定的干涉波形。结果表明,该级联模块可提升光脉冲消光比,同时能有效地提升干涉波形的稳定性,对微弱信号探测的外差激光相干探测系统性能提升有一定的促进作用。
Using the external clock,dual-channel adjustable delay and other technologies,a high performance fiber acousto-optic cascade(FAOM)module with wavelength of 1550 nm,frequency-shift frequency of 80 MHz,insertion loss of 5.4 dB,extinction ratio of greater than 100 dB,and pulse jitter of 1.8 ns has been developed.The M-Z interference optical path was built using this cascade module,and stable interference waveform was obtained.The experimental results show that the cascade module can effectively improve the stability of the interference waveform while improving the extinction ratio of the optical pulse,and has a certain promotion on the performance improvement of the heterodyne laser coherent detection system for weak signal detection.
