摘要
研究了4种减水剂、2种缓凝剂对α-半水磷石膏流动度、凝结时间和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:4种减水剂对α-半水磷石膏的分散效果依次为聚羧酸减水剂540P≈聚羧酸减水剂PC900>三聚氰胺减水剂F10>萘系减水剂FDN,其中2种聚羧酸减水剂的缓凝作用较强,而F10、FDN基本无缓凝效果;当缓凝剂掺量不超过0.05%时,改性氨基酸缓凝剂200P的缓凝效果更好,反之则蛋白类缓凝剂GR200的缓凝效果更好,当缓凝剂掺量不超过0.15%时,200P对α-半水磷石膏的抗压强度基本无影响,GR200对α-半水磷石膏抗压强度的负面影响相对较小。
The effects of four water reducingagents and two retarderson the f luidity,setting time and compressive strength ofα-hemihydrate phosphogypsum were investigated.The results show that the dispersion effect of four water reducing agents onα-hemihydrate phosphogypsum is polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent 540P≈polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent PC900>melamine water reducing agent F10>naphthalene water reducing agent FDN,the two types of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agents have strong retarding effects,while F10 and FDN have basically no retarding effect.When the dosage of the retarder does not exceed 0.05%,the modified amino acid retarder 200P has a better retarding effect,while the protein retarder GR200 has a better retarding effect.When the dosage of retarder does not exceed 0.15%,200P has little effect on compressive strength,while GR200 has relatively little negative impact on compressive strength.
