摘要
海洋平台主柴油机长期高速、高温工作,对油液的润滑要求较高。文章以某海洋平台主柴油机为研究对象,根据其结构特点及放置位置的限制,确定监测参数,选择监测传感器及设备,设计传感器安装方案及油液在线监测系统整体方案,对其润滑磨损状态进行实时监测。监测结果表明,此套油液在线监测系统不仅节约了检测时间,而且运行稳定,能够及时进行预警与故障诊断。
The main diesel engine of the offshore platform is exposed to high temperatures after working at high speed for a long time and thus has high requirements for oil lubrication.This paper takes the main diesel engine of an offshore platform as the research object.According to its structural characteristics and the limitation of placement position,it determines the monitoring parameters and selects the monitoring sensors and equipment.It designs the sensor installation scheme and the overall scheme of the online oil monitoring system and monitors the lubrication and wear status of the system in real-time.The monitoring results show that the designed online oil monitoring system not only saves detection time but also runs stably,and it can appropriately warn and diagnose faults.
