柳叶蜡梅醇提物对大黄鱼营养代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effect of Chimonanthus salicifolius Extract on Nutritional Metabolism of Large Yellow Croaker(Larimichthys crocea)

摘要 在水温15℃~25℃和盐度24.2~27.7下,将体质量(10.31±2.88)g的大黄鱼(Larimichthys crocea)饲养在长4 m×宽2m×高2.5 m的养殖池中,投喂添加0.5%、1%、2%和4%柳叶蜡梅(Chimonanthus salicifolius)乙醇提取物的饲料,8周后采集大黄鱼的肌肉、肠、胃和肝脏组织,分析消化酶及肝脏中营养物质代谢酶活性的影响,探究柳叶蜡梅醇提物对大黄鱼营养物质消化和代谢的影响。结果发现:4%的柳叶蜡梅醇提物能提高了大黄鱼肝脏和胃肠道中α淀粉酶、脂肪酶和蛋白酶的活性,促进大黄鱼胃肠道中消化酶的分泌,改善大黄鱼对饲料中营养物质的吸收;柳叶蜡梅醇提物通过提高丙酮酸激酶(PK)、己糖激酶(HK)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)酶的活性,增强鱼体内糖酵解能力和抗氧化能力;柳叶蜡梅醇提物可以有效降低大黄鱼体内脂肪合成酶(FAS)、苹果酸脱氢酶(ME)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G-6-PDH)的活性、丙二醛(MDA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、高激素敏感性甘油三酯脂肪酶(HSL)、肉毒碱棕榈酰转移酶(CPT-1)和脂蛋白酶(LPL)的活性,促进大黄鱼体内脂肪的分解,降低脂肪的堆积。结果表明:4%柳叶蜡梅醇提物能改善大黄鱼对营养物质消化吸收能力及糖脂代谢能力。 Juvenile large yellow croaker(Larimichthys crocea)with body weight of(10.31±2.88)g was raised in a culture pond with a length of 4 m×width 2 m×height 2.5 m,and fed diets containing 0.5%,1%,2%and 4%of the ethanol extract of Chimonanthus salicifolius at water temperature of 15℃~25℃and salinity of 24.2~27.7 for eight weeks.Then the activities of digestive enzymes and nutrient metabolism enzymes were analyzed in muscle,intestine,stomach and liver tissues of large yellow croaker to explore the effect of ethanol extract of C.salicifolius on the digestion and metabolism of nutrients in large yellow croaker.Results showed that supplementation with C.salicifolius extract in diet led to increase the activities ofα-amylase,lipase and protease in the liver,intestine and stomach of large yellow croaker,thus contributing to the better absorption and utilization of nutrients of large yellow croaker.C.Salicifolius extract was shown to increase the activities of pyruvic kinase(PK),hexokinase(HK),and superoxide dismutase(SOD)to enhance the glycolysis and glycolytic capacity and antioxidant activity of large yellow croaker.Specifically,C.Salicifolius extract also resulted in decrease in the activities of liposynthetase(FAS),glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency(G-6-PDH),malate dehydrogenase(ME),malondialdehyde(MDA),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)level,and increase in the activities of hormone-sensitive triglyceride lipase(HSL),carnitine palmityl transferase(CPT-1),lipoprotein enzyme(LPL),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)level.In conclusion,adding 4%of C.Salicifolius extract in feed not only effectively promoted the absorption and utilization of nutrients of large yellow croaker,but also improve the glucose and lipid metabolism of large yellow croaker.
