摘要
为了明确庆阳驴各体尺指标间的关系,对成年庆阳驴(公驴31头、母驴47头)的12项体尺指标进行了测定统计,并采用SPSS 19.0软件对体尺指标进行了相关性、聚类和主成分分析。结果表明,公驴组的各体尺指标均略高于母驴,各指标间的相关性大多大致相同,少数呈现差异性。公母驴体高与部分体尺指标间均存在不同程度的正相关,其中,公驴体高与十字部高呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);母驴体高与腰角宽和十字部高呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),胸围与腰角宽和头长呈极显著相关(P<0.01)。公母驴各体尺指标聚类分析(当类间距等于13时)与主成分分析的结果基本一致,其所有体尺指标区分为4个相对独立的主成分,公驴累计贡献率为93.934%,其中第一个贡献率为45.403%,可分为高度因子、宽度因子、头部因子和长度因子;母驴累计贡献率为92.740%,其中第一个贡献率为47.132%,可分为胸围因子、管围因子、胸深因子和头部因子。综上,公驴体尺指标均略高于母驴;公母驴体高与部分体尺指标间存在不同程度的正相关,且12项体尺指标均可区分为4个相对独立的主成分。
This experiment provided the relationship between the body size indicators.12 body size indicators of adult Qingyang donkeys(31 male donkeys and 47 female donkeys)were measured,and SPSS 19.0 software was used to carry out correlation analysis,clustering and principal component analysis of their body size indicators.The results showed that male donkeys were slightly higher than female donkeys for the same body size index,and most of the correlations were roughly the same,and a few indicators showed differences.There were different degrees of positive correlation between the body height and some body size indicators of Qingyang donkeys.Among them,the body height and the height of the cross heigh had a very significant positive correlation on male donkeys(P<0.01);the body height with waist width and cross height were significantly positively correlated(P<0.01),and chest circumference was extremely significantly correlated with waist width and head length on female donkeys(P<0.01).The cluster analysis of body size indicators of Qingyang donkeys(D=13)was basically consistent with the results of principal components.All body size indicators of male and female donkeys were divided into 4 relatively independent principal components,and the cumulative contribution rates of male donkeys was 93.934%,of which the first contribution rate was 45.403%,which could be divided into height factor,width factor,head factor and length factor;the cumulative contribution rate of female donkeys was 92.740%,of which the first contribution rate was 47.132%,which could be divided into the chest circumference factor,cannon bone circumference factor,chest depth factor and head factor.To sum up,the body size of male donkey was slightly higher than that of female donkey,the body height of male and female donkeys was positively correlated with some body measurements,and all the 12 body measurements could be divided into 4 relatively independent principal components.
